A visibly exhausted President Biden spoke with the press on Wednesday night while a visibly horrified Secretary of State Antony Blinken looked on in horror.
Biden, who was speaking while waiting for Air Force One to take off in Israel, seemed to have lost track of the days and worse as mental fatigue appeared to set in.
